How to switch to current ROI for home loan taken from SBI

POSTED BY Shravan Shukla ON April 17, 2013 9:26 am COMMENTS (2)

Dear Members,

I took home loan from SBI noida in 2008. I am now living in Bangalore. My current interest rate(ROI) is 11.95%

I came to know that we can switch over to current ROI on payment of .56% of outstanding amount.

I sent an application along with teh cheque to my home branch, but the branch mamager says taht I need to fill some form. I could not procure that form after several tries(in SBI branches in bangalroe and also asked branch manager to send it to me via fax)

Can any one  please let me know if the form is available for download. Else if any one can send me a scanned copy of a blank form.

Thanks

    Hi Ashal,

Thanks a lot for your response.
Not sure how to transfer my loan to SBI in Bangalore, and in such a case how safe will be my documents which are kept with SBI in noida.
Second option is good. I need to ask some of my friends to collect the form and send em a scanned copy.

    regards,
    sks

  2. Dear Shravan, the easier option to you is to transfer your loan first to Banglore & than do the needful from the new loan serving branch. Alternatively, ask any of your family member to visit local SBI branch to get this form.

    Thanks

    Ashal
