   Hi Chetan,
   MF Distributors and Agents are used interchangeably.

   Once you clear your examination, you will have to be registered with individual AMC as MF distributor for the respective AMC. After registration. you shall get a support from the respective AMC’s relationship manager who would be able to assist you in selling their investment products.

   Dear Chetan, once you clear your MF exam, you may join any of the distributors as mentioned above or many others. This ‘ll be called as sub brokers or MF agent in simple words.

   For MF distributorship, you w’d have to contact the local office of registrar of MFs Karvy & CAMS.

   Dear Chetan Mehta, You mean you want to become a MF distributor or MF agent?

   If I’m right, you may link yourself with any of the frontline brokers/distributors like India Infoline, Bajaj Capital, ICICI Direct to name a few.
