I had taken a two wheeler loan from Bajaj finance ltd Disbursal date—27/10/2005 & Instl. Period –05/12/2005 To 05/11/2008 .In between my bike was stolen and insurance is also fail so I can’t receive  any claim amount  . Installment  Overdue is Rs 7,973 But company want Rs 84,778 .But he is not giving any guarantee on Written off status removal,

Now my question is if I paid the full amount (84,778) Is my civil show Write  off or settled . Please let me know how do i repair my credit report ,I dont want to go for settlement either , Please let me know how do i repair my credit report ,I don’t want to go for settlement either , Please let me know best solution to come out as well as repair my credit report so ensure in future no problem for me to take Housing loans.My score now 716. I also insert the mail which send me from bajaj fin ltd.
