Hi All,

I have recently purchased a ready to move in flat in Pune. I had applied for loan amount 55  Lakh. as it was ready possession flat this was final disbursement. Although I had some of my floating funds hence I paid to builder 5 Lakh between the application of Max gain and final disbursement. I requested SBI Branch  to reduce my EMI against 50 Lakh now but they have refused to do so.:(

2- I have applied for NRI SBI maxgain account for which I will be receiving internet banking pack in few days time. Should I also receive any online banking pack + debit card for loan account.

With regards,

Vinayak

why should SBI have problem in reducing the loan amt?? as far I knw it should only add another round of paperwork & some time.

Dear Vinayak, please apply in written to reduce your Drawing power from 55L to 50L Rs. Once it’s done, let the regular EMI as per 55L Rs. loan amount continue.

Apply for debit card only if you think it’s going to help you. Netbanking ‘ll be enabled shortly and you ‘ll get user id and password.

    Thanks

    Ashal
