How to make Payment to builder without putting money in bank account ?

Hello,

I need to pay an some amount, to the builder of my under-construction flat. I have borrowed that money from my father. But I may not be able to store that amount in my bank account, as it is just the savings of my father, and I don’t have any proof of documents of that money. So I am wondering how to have a transaction of that amount to builder, without having any glitch of IT.

    Hi Santosh.

    You can get transfer the amount from your father account through a cheque and u can show as Hand loan or even as gift from ur father if any query comes from IT Dept. Other wise u can get the open DD and pay to ur builder that will be safe & u can keep them as a proof of payment.
