Sir please answer following questions

1- May i receive 20-30 lacs as gift from my mother in law to buy a house.

2- Is it better to take money in my wife’s account and make her co owner of property?

3- should i make her co applicant in loan which i’m taking to buy this house (cost of house 60 lacs)?

4- if receiver of gift ( money) invest it in FD/other then who’s income it will be?
