Sir/Madam I am Sunitha from arsikere Hassan.
We got a call from Hassan Anandrathi office that we have selected for a personal accident policy in which we get one lakh rupees. When we went to the office they explained us about Birla sun life insurance pension plan in that we can pay one lakh or fifty thousand rupees annually for three to five years in which we get the amount doubled, after six years we can get half amount and in other half amount the company will pay us yearly 10% interest only for the customers who got a call and extra 10% interest from the profit amount direct from the company till I will be 65 yrs.
The plan explained by them was satisfied and we paid 51200 rupees for the premium by cheque to the manager Nayana saktha and we got the bond in one month after paying the amount. When we got the bond we went to the office we spoke to the manager who was Ritesh we asked him that the plan in the bond and the insurance brokers name is not mentioned properly. Instead of Anandrathi brokers there is R R Insurance brokers name. For that they said this is old bond and we will get the new bond in some days.
And about the brokers name that its there short form you no need to worry about that. After that they convinced us that we will get the bond that they explained us pension plan. There after the second premium time occurred and they said that we need to pay the cash that the manager Ritesh is going to the Bombay branch and he will get the original bill from the head office itself, so we paid the cash amount of 51200 rupees and they gave us a manual receipt and told you will get the original receipt from the birla after somedays,so we paid the cash to the staff Ajira Batool. We waited for somedays even though we didn’t get the original bill,so we went to the office to ask about the bill,in between the manager was changed and his name was Raghavendra and when we consulted him and asked about the bill he said when we did the policy the company didnot wanted the pan card,but now we need to submit the pan card so you need to submit the pancard .
We did not had the pan card so we applied to the pan card with in two months we got it as we got the pan card we went to the anandrathi office to submit the pancard and submit it to the manager raghavendra. We were in touch with manager Raghavendra that we need our original bill he used to say that he is going to head office and he will provide us the bill.After somedys when we went to consult Raghavendra the office was not there when the third premium occured. by the toll free number of birla sun life insurance we got the hassan branch address we went and explained everything and there we understood the plan which was explained to us was misguided and we have gone cheated. so we were not interested to continue our policy. We gave the written complaint. we didnot get any results from two years.
So pls its my humble request to you to refund our premimum amount.
