How to get my EPS details when its with Company Trust ?

Hi, I have been subscribed to EPF over last 15 years and switched jobs but ensured by EPF is transferred all the time.

In my current job, EPF is with the company Trust. How do i get the details of my EPS account? How do i confirm that my last transfer of EPF included EPS also?

    Please check with your company’s HR or Finance Team. These policies differ from company to company.
