ONI have a question regarding withdrawing my EPF.
I see many related questions, but didn’t find one that suits my situation, so asking this question here.
I was working in India, then I moved to Netherlands. Now I have got citizenship and have an OCI card. How can I get my EPF money now? I will be in India for a short vacation shortly during which I am planning to submit the required forms. Could someone throw some light on what is needed, so that I can already prepare the required documents.

Unless the country that you are a citizen of has a ‘Social Security Agreement’ (SSA) with India, I’m afraid that you cannot withdraw your PF money until you are 58, or you have been contributing to your PF for at least 10 years and have been diligently transferring your accounts from your old company to your new company wherever you changed jobs during the 10 year period.
Thanks for sharing that Ashok Srinath
