How to Close personal Loan ?

i have taken personal loan Rs. 4 lac for brother marriage in Aug-13 and all withdraw through atm  in various transaction . now i have to pay 6th emi of Rs. 11439/- now my question is i want to close my personal loan which principal pending Rs. 360000/- .
