How to choose an optimum SIP plan ?

I have opened 3 SIP accounts @ Rs.3000/- each in HDFC as long term. How do i analyse that they are best suited for the returns.

    I agree to you, than how to select the fund or just rely on the fund house.

    I have opened 3 SIP accounts @ Rs. 3000/- each. One is HDFC Top 200 fund, HDFC equity fund, HDFC Mid cap fund. Its almost a year but the returns comparatively are on lower side as compared to other funds. Since it will be an investment of around 8 – 10 years how can i predict the fund.

    Its better to go for diversified funds instead of investing in single fund.
