How to check if Land I am buying is Genuine ? any tips ?

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Ravindra Goru. Basically, I belong to Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh. Now I want to purchase the land in my home town for resedential purpose. I am unaware regarding how to handle the things while purchasing the land and how to check the genuienty of the land authentication, value etc.

Kindly provide me the necessary information to purchase plot smoother.

    I would advise not to depend solely on the bank to guarantee you legal clearence. Contact a good property lawyer and get the title search report from him. May cost you 5-7K but will ensure peace of mind

    Dear Ravindra, please apply for a home loan from bank to purchase the property. Bank’s legal cell ‘ll do all the required work to check the authenticity of the property.
