we are planning to buy a apartment this year and go for a home loan 80%. Please help me know the procedure and I have got good cibil report also.
Dear Saritha, yes the bank may take it negatively for a low score co-applicant.
Thanks Ashal answering all my queries.
If main applicant score is 800+ and co applicant score is not very great for e.g co applicant has score b/t 650 to 700 will that loan eligibility will impact?
DearSaritha, yes, to increase eligibility, you may add a co-applicant.
Thanks for the info Ashal . how about the eligibility criteria. Suppose if i need to go for higher amount can i go with co-applicant option ?
Dear Saritha, anything above 750 is good if there are nil DPD or nil adverse remarks. In case your score is 800+, every banker w’d love to deal with you.
I think i have to rephrase my statement. Sorry for that. If i want to take a home loan what would be the good cibil score do i need to have. please let me know
Dear Saritha, what’s your actual requirement?
gcsaritha – did you mean you already got the report and need help in reading it ?
