Dear Subhash, it’s said that non beneficiary executors are better. But one may appoint his/her executors from any where. Within family or outside family. it’\s matter of personal choice.
Dear Subhash, the executor should be mentioned in the WILL itself. Apart from the WILL, one should personally inform the executor for his/her selection as executor. so that in case of need, the executor can be informed and the WILL can be executed successfully.
