how to add sirname in Postoffice Providend Fund Account

Hi ,

I want to know how can I add my sirname in my Postoffice Providend Fund Account,because i had start my A/c with My first name but now I want to add sirname due to my all bank account name ANAMIKA Thakur, so Plz given me suggestion to add sirname in account.

    You will need to write a letter to the post office requesting them to update their records with your full name. A photocopy of your passbook enclosed with the letter is better.

    if you had given your recent photograph when opening the account I think there should not be any problem with just Anamika alone.
