How often a fund manager changes a fund’s portfolio?

Dear Team, I’m aware that fund managers keep buying and selling stocks in a fund’s portfolio regularly. But does anyone know how often they do this buying and selling? For example, % of Infosys in one month in a fund’s portfolio is 7% and in the next month it is 5.5%.

Dear BD Kale, it’s individual fund manager’s call and nothing is there in written to change the portfolio.

    Thanks
