How many days does it takes for a LIC Policy Proof document to reach the Customer ?

How many days does it takes for a LIC Policy , Proof document to reach the Customer.

Also One more thing  my RTO  is asking THREE residence proof for giving me Driving License . What to do Now.

Can any one tell me is this RULE applicable in whole over INDIA.

    One address proof will be enough I think…… I gave only 1 address proof…. try googling…. u will get some more info.

    Why does he need 3 address proofs…. is he mad or what
