Hi, can you explain me how service tax is charged on constructing flats for eg: BCP 2613600

and EB+WATER +PLC+INFRA CHARGES  are included seperately

in construction agreement they have mentioned 1854400 is construction cost

but service tax is charged on 72% of BCP (2613600*72%) is right method ??

and service tax charged seperately on EB+water…etc with 12.36% plz tell me is it correct way of calculating service tax which made by builder
