How do I know if SBI Home Loan interest rate is reduced ?

Hi,

How do I get to know if there is any SBI interest rate change for me? Bank will inform me? Incase there is any reduction then it wll reflect in the online HOme loan account? Does the EMI decreases if the rate goes down?
