How do I interpret my CIBIL score of 855 – Is it good or bad ?

Today I generated my CIBIL report online. My score is 855. What does it mean?

It is good? Do I need to think about improving it?

More Information: I am having a home loan of 17,50,000 with emi 20000 (actual emi 18362 + prepayment). I am having a credit card with limit 41000 for that I never missed payment.
