Home loan under SBI Maxgain

Hi,

I have taken loan of Rs. 18.28 lac from SBI -MG last year. The full amount will be disbursed in couple month and also will get possession of my house . can I get Rs.5.0 lac top up loan for my personal use?

    Dear Anurag, please contact your loan serving branch & discuss there. The actual top up loan amount available to you ‘ll be decided by SBI itself.

    Dear Anurag, can you define this personal use thing? As your loan ‘ll be more than 1Y old (post final disbursal), you may apply for top up loan but how much money you ‘ll get, SBI ‘ll decide on the basis of your repaying capacity as well as property price.

      hi,
      I want to spent this money for wood work, modular kitchen &AC etc. for new house.
