Home Loan From parents

Hi,

 I am Planning to take Home Loan from my Dad.

Now i wanted to ask following questions

1.) what all documentation i need to do as part of that and content of those documentation

2.) Every Year if i have to claim Home Loan Interest Benefit what documents i have to produce at the time.

    Dear Nilesh, I assume you are planning to prepay your HDFC Loan from this Dad loan. Just FYI – the dad loan ‘ll be helpful for next FY 2011-2012 only. After that from 1st april 2012, i.e. after the implementation of DTC, no more home loan benefit from private sources (your dad in this case) ‘ll be there.

    Regarding the detailed paper work & other nitty gritty of this private home loan, please ask Manish to help you or ask him to provide my mail ID to you.
