Hello,
I need historical return data for the following asset classes in India:
– Government Securities
– Corporate Bonds
– Real Estate of Delhi and Mumbai
The data needs to be from 1980 onwards.
It wold be of tremendous help if someone could provide me with links for the same.

I am working on a project to find out historic returns on various portfolios. For this, I need data on each specific asset class too.
Is there any websitedatabasebook you can suggest wherein I might come across this information?

Tough one. I wanted this for permanent portfolio calculator and could not find them.
In any case real estate returns cannot be provided for a city. There is no authentic source for this since it has not been regulated.
It may also be difficult to get a complete listing of Corporate bonds in one place.
RBI should list govt securities but it will tough to navigate through their site
May I ask why you need this information. Just curious.
