What is the difference between hedge funds and mutual funds?

    As far as i know hedge funds are much more aggressive than mutual funds. They try some speculative stuff as well.they also short sell and make good profits on faling markets and hence they are more risky in nature. I dont think everyone can invest in hedge funds but only HNIs.
