My wife have a few lumps on her back and she had been advised by doctor to get these removed.
we hold a Star Health policy – family floater for four years. Since it would be a day care procedure the hospital people have applied for a pre authorization from STAR.
The same has been disapproved and they have said they shall not be paying us money even for reimbursement.
Are they correct in refusing the money.
Then which insurance companies would cover such OPD/Day care procedures?

Dear Atin, please try to understand/discuss the issue with your insurer as well as doctor – why insurer is not offering cover for such expenses? there should be some reason for refusal.
