Below are my home loan statistics:

Current Applicable Spread on the above loan : -5.00

Current Applicable ROI : 11.75%

Balance Term : 6 Months

With the current statistics, is it beneficial to utilize the spread and take the conversion?

    Dear RM, what’s the new ROI offered to you? What’s the loan amount to be paid? What’s the conversion fee? If it’s just for 6 months, what ‘ll be the saving to you post conversion?
