Planning for SIP in a mutual fund for a lumpsum corpus.

Please provide detailed review of HDFC children gift fund .

    This fund is yet another Multi-cap balanced Equity fund. This seem to have good performance over the past 5 years and is a good choice.

    This is in the market for well over 11 years and it is one of the balanced fund available in the market. If your investment horizon is more than 5 years (probably, if you are planning for your children, then it should be more than 10 years), then its a real good choice.
