Have post office & SBI started accepting ppf of 1.5 lakhs?

In the recent budget it was announced that PPF limit has been raised to 1.5 lakh?  Have post office and SBI started accepting 1.5 lakh? When can we start investing 1.5 lakh instead of earlier limit of 1 lakh?

    Still the bill is not approved by President yet… once it is done, you can invest 1.5L.

    Newspapers will mention about this once it is done….
