Good mutual fund for small investors who do not have past experience ?

Hi Ashal,

My friend having 3.25 lakh annual income, and want to invest in mutual fund, since he is not having much experience on stock market. He asked me to advise good mutual fund, but I am also not having much experience and knowledge of it. He is investing money most of time in tax saver FD /company fix deposit and PPF

As per him, he can invest Rs. 25000 after spending and tax saving in a year and want to invest every year till 5-10 year

Please suggest good mutual fund product and type of investment SIP or (lumsum) . He also having icici direct demat account- and confuse to invest from that account or direct from AMC. What need to select direct plan or regular plan,  please help us in details

    Dear Vivek, are you sure that in next few months, the market ‘ll crash and you invest few crores to profit from that fall? All of us are salaried class and do not have luxry to invest lump sum. So Mly SIP makes sense, no matter what is the market level.

    Dear Vivek, Franklin India Bluechip is one of the most CONSISTENT performer. Please do note consistent does not mean always performing on TOP. Actually it’s giving you a good performance years after years and protecting your wealth in down turn.

      currently market is on top condition near 21000 almost, does it right time to invest in this mutual fund

      my friend have done the investment with minimum amount Rs.5ooo with fund,
      he selected Franklin India Bluechip direct growth

      same question i have asked other friends also some suggest UTI opportunity and reliance equity

      please help on confusion why Franklin India Bluechip is good among others
      as i am also want to invest in it as its very easy process to invest online

      please help and clear me about this fund selection which help overall friend circle
