    Every broking Firm is vigilantly watched by Securities regulator SEBI..
    THough you can meet up their Executive and understand their business environment..try and get testimonial from the one who already are clients of the same firm..
    you can also google it and watch out into consumercomplaints againts the firm/organisation/company..
