Hello Financial Experts
Could you please guide me on the following.
I have booked an Independent House which would be given for possession in June 2014, from a reputed builder in Hyderabad and no doubt the possession would be on time. My Home loan(Interest Saver A/c, which is like Max Gain A/c in SBI) has been sanctioned by IDBI Bank and still the first disbursement is yet to be released. Here we have an option for Plot registration or Semi-Finished Registration. If we opt for Plot registration then around 84K would be saved.
Is it wise to go with plot registration where 84K can be saved ? If so, dow e have legal authenticity for construction as well ? Please advise.
And regarding home loan, which would be the best one – either paying full EMI right from the first part disbursement of loan or paying pre-EMI until final disbursement starts. Here I may wish to sell out the property once it is redy for possession or at the right momentum of real estate. Could you also pleaase provide your view on the future of real estate in Hyderabad ?
