I have the below SIPs. Want to add another 5k in another Midcap Oriented Fund.
10k – QLTE Fund
5k – ICICI Pru Focussed Bluechip
5k – ICICI Pru Discovery
Is Reliance Eq Opp a good fund to add? The last 5 years performance is very good.
HDFC Midcap opp, Franklin Prima are my other choices.

Reliance eq opportunities is a very good fund. You can go ahead and invest if you want to invest in another fund out of your basket.

Like most, i think you also feel, investing in more MFs means diversification and better returns. But actually it is not the case. By putting your money in more funds, you are merely dividing your money among similar MFs.
I suggest you increase your SIP in any of the current funds and keep a watch on the performance over a period of time.
Past performance anyways is not the ONLY thing to look for. You also need to look at the holdings of each MF you invest in. If the holdings are not different in the funds then whats the point in investing in those funds separately.

I feel Reliance Eq Opp is much better than the other 2 in your choice, and definitely can be added in any aggressive portfolio.
Dear Karthik, either increase your investment in IPru discovery or dump it altogether to invest in a midcap fund. Do not duplicate your investment in same set of stocks.
