Frustrated for trying to get my EPF money – Any solutions ?

Hi all,

I am working in the present company from the past 1+ years. Most of them whoever left the company haven’t got their EPF money, finally they got frustrated and stopped trying for PF. None of us know whether the problem is with our company or EPF office. I had checked the pf using online (the pf number i had extracted from my payslip), but every time i got a message saying an invalid number.

Recently i had checked whether my company is paying pf or not (through online) and to my surprize it is paying. We had contacted our HR many times regarding this issue but he just ignored or postponed the matter.

So how do i know my epf balance? I appreciate your help.

    Dear Praveen, your RTI application with EPFO has nothing to do with your employer. In your RTI, you are simply demanding the data that your employer and it’s employee are registetered or not. Why are you not standing up for your own money?

    Dear Praveen, please file an RTI application to know the over all situation for your company’s record in EPFO.

      If my company knows that i had filed an RTI, then it is going to be problem for me. As, i don’t have any plans to make a move for better opportunity…
