form 16 for home loan

iam earning income of 225000 pa …employer did not gave me form 16 yet when asked they said it is not dowloading form income tax website i want to apply for home loan tell me what alternate i can give instead form 16 (I do not have income tax file as iam a salariaed person and working from 1.5 year in this shit company ) submitted all the document to hdfc bank apart from form 16. 

 

how i can get this form 16 or any alternate way for the loan approval cibil score is 783 no defaulter nothing

    Dear Rizwan,
    Talk to your company’s finance department and they might be able to figure out a way to help you on this one. You might be able to get projected tax computation sheet with company’s stamp and signature that might be sufficient. That alongwith a letter suggested by Ashal should suffice for HDFC home loan. For me, the HDFC agent told that they will process my application without form 16 but will not disburse any money until they have Form 16 from me.

    Dear Rizwan, as your working period is less than 3Y & Form 16 is also not available to you from your employer (actually it’s true, the form 16 has to be doanloaded from the govt. site), the next best option you can give as document is the salary account statement from the day one. In between you can write a letter to HDFC for providing Form 16, as & when it’s available to you from your employer.
