Forgot to sign on ITR-V Returns – Now here are my questions !

I submitted a ITR-V by post but forgot to sign on it , so this week in Dec. I got a SMS from CPC-Bangalore that returns are not signed,
So I again sent  ITR-V by speed post with sign, so my question is

1.    Last date of submitting it by post is already over , so will they accept my ITR-V now?
2.    I got SMS for missing sign , after last date is over in Dec. and I speed post new form  immediately, so still I need to again upload the returns on website OR shall I wait for reply/SMS from CPC ?

    Dear Svj, as the original ITR’s status is rejected, please reload the ITR.

    status is shown as Rejected on the ITR e-filing website
