Financial products with interest of 10-12% apart from Real Estate and Gold ?

Hi All,

I want to know if there is any financial product that can guarantee ROI 10-12% per annum?

I understand, investment in MF and equities would do. But again, it depends upon investor’s analysis to identify correct fund/stocks and market volatility. I knew, TMB offers 10% ROI for FDs. Is there anything else apart from this?

Please dont consider Real estate and Gold.

    If anyone is giving you a ‘guaranteed’ 12% returns in today’s market, he is lying.

    Dear Jaiganesh, some NCDs may fulfill your condition but strict guarantee just like of Bank FD is not even in NCDs.

    Please contact your demat broker to know more about NCDs.
