I was convinced by the wealth managers attached to me that ICICI Pru Wealth builder II was the best suited to me. however when i saw the charges, i was taken aback since they were too high. am planning of cancelling it now. what i want to know is how do i select the best ULIP in the market? if the charges add to say 10% per annum, does it mean only 90% of my premium will be added to purchasing the units? am planning to invest for just about 5 years and not longer.
