EPF with 2 different employers – Do we need sign of both while withdrawing ?

Hi,

My wife was working with employer 1 and she used the same EPF number for Employer 2. Now she wants to withdraw the amount as she is not working since past three years. Will she have to fill two form 19 with individual employer sign or only one form 19 with sign from either of the employer is fine?

    I am assuming that she stopped working after joining Employer 2 after resigning EMployer 1.

    I think, as the EPF account is same, she just has to sign the form 19 from Employer 2
