Hi,

I applied for PF transfer from my previous company to this company, left previous company 3 years back and applied PF transfer 2 years back. I received an sms saying my PF transfer is approved and payment is under process. I checked online balance status of my previous PF  account. It is showing my PF account is settled. In my current PF account when I check the PF account passbook, there is no entry for previous accounts transactions.

Is this a normal thing to not see any entry for previous account? Should I file grievance or RTI this case?

If grievance the establishment name should be current EPFO or previous EPFO?
