Has anyone faced this situation?
On trying to check account balance of EPF the message on EPF site says:
STATUS:”Your account has been settled. For detail’s please contact respective EPF Office.”
And when i check the status of transfer applicaiton (form 13) the message says:
Status : Claim Form 13 for Transfer to New Account Number: AGAINST Old Member Account No (THVSH011516000000000XX) has been approved. Payment is under process.
These status are coming on the website since long.
But I have NO clue where the AMOUNT went? It has not been transfred. I have no details of DD/Cheque issued by VASHI branch
Kindly help and provide some SOLID solution
