I was working for a private company from Dec’1999 to Apr’2009 , and applied for withdrawal for EPF and EPS Calim form and submitted form 19 & 10C for the same, But EPFO has rejected my form 10C stating the my account is eligible for pension as it has completed 10 year , but is my case its 9 year 4 months, then how can EPFO rejecting the claim form givieng reason that it has completed 10 year of service.

as for as i know EPS is eligible for Pension once its complete full 10 year whereas i didn’t completed full 10 year.

I was to ask what step i can take for the same, and what the actual norms are for EPS withdrawal is it 9 + Years for complete 10 Year.
