EMI Discrepancy in SBI Maxgain Home loan

Dear Sir,

I have taken home loan (SBI H L MAXGAIN) RS 8 lac for 15 years from your bank. Earlier, My EMI was RS. 8987.

I have changed the bank for EMI. Now , EMI is RS 9500 per month. I would like to know that EMI can change if any body change the Bank for EMI. Please help me.
