As you are aware, there is almost 20% increase in Ready Reckoner rates for Pune and other cities of maharashtra.

What will be the effect of this for the agreements which are signed before this rate increased i.e. before May 2012 ?

Do one needs to pay the difference in Stamp Duty while signing the final Sale Deed ?
