I have SBI saving Account and Max gain account, I took loan of 27L, 20L is disbursed and 7L is remaining, Flat is under construction and builder will handover in another 1 year of time, I have 1L in saving account, does that 1L will be minus from 20L disbursed or do I need to transfer that amount to OD account? Or does getting this benefit is only possible after complete disbursement and not before that?
