Is it Mandatory to submit `Rental agreement` as a landlord to claim Loss from House Property which is LETOUT ?

    Dear Hisir, if you are asking to submit rent agreement to income Tax department, the answer is NO. Income Tax deptt. do not ask for rent agreement as enclosure along with your income tax return.
