Do I need to update balance tax e-paid under challan 280?

This is in reference to my ITR filling for 2011-12. The balance tax I filled at www.tin-nsdl.com two days back. My query is regarding the communication to IT authorities for filling of balance amount. Please advise.

    Dear Naresh, no reason to worry & you need not to intimate the updation or paying of your due taxes to the Income Tax department. TIN.NSDL ‘ll update the same & you can check the same in your form 26AS.
