Can somone tell me difference between MONEY MARKET and CAPITAL MARKET . I am very new to this topic !
Capital market is a place where one comes to get capital for running their business. You can raise money for business either by:
1) Taking loans (Debt) 2) Asking others to be part of your business and issue them shares (Equity)
Money market involves securities with short term maturity and is a Debt market and thus a subset of Capital market
