I heard that death due to drink & drive is permanent exclusion from the Term insurance.
Is that traue?
Can anybody clarify this?
Thanks for your answer.
If the insurer(not the driver) is travelling in a vehicle(car/bus/something else),whose driver is under influence of alcohol, where you don’t have the knowledge of the driver alcoholic condition.
This kind of cases, what could be the claim settlement.
Why only that… if you drive on a wrong side of the road and die, your nominees would not get a dime..
so never drive from wrong side… do not enter into ‘one-way’ roads…
drive with valid license… do not sit behind the person who does not have permanent license..
never drive under the influence of alcohol.. never travel under somebody else’s ticket… (e.g. railway/aeroplane travel)..
