Construction of home on land owned by my Father

Hi Friends,

I have land in Karjat on which I want to construct my home. I am expecting to take home loan to construct the same. Is it possible that I can get home loan for this activity as land is owned by my Father.

Also I am interested in knowing  how much cost it take to NA plot.

    Dear Kiran, you can avail loan from banks but income tax benefit ‘ll not be there for you as you are not the owner of the property.
