Confusion in Will Wording for wife name before and after marriage

What line to be mentioned in the will to avoid confusion of the wife name e.g before marriage she was abcd gupta and after marriage she is abcd jindal. Now some documents are in gupta and some in jindal

    Dear Deepak, in your WILL, quote this thing – Mrs. ABCD Jindal whose pre marriage name was Miss ABCD Gupta is now my legally wedded wife. Both names belong to same person my wife now named as Mrs. ABCD Jindal. I wish to give………….. your normal WILL follows.

    By the way, to avoid confusion, you should start correcting pre marriage name to post marriage name.
